Alex Jones and Trump Surrogate Roger Stone Vow to Hold Rally Wearing “Ball Gags”

Latency
Weird • Views: 45,767

Once again, conspiracy peddler Alex Jones played host to Trump adviser Roger Stone, and this one was a doozy. Jones and Stone vowed to show up for the Republican convention in Cleveland and stage a demonstration where “we all wear gag balls in our mouth.”

The two claimed that local officials are trying to stoke violence among the various RNC demonstrators, which led Jones to wonder if they should hold a rally before the convention where “we all wear gag balls in our mouth.”

“If they steal the nomination, it will cause a revolution,” Jones said. “They’re that arrogant, though. Obviously, common sense is, he’s won more votes than any Republican in history, he’s the nominee, he’s the populist, he’s got 25 percent of blacks going for him, Republicans can’t even get 10 percent, he’s got the gays all behind him now, he’s reaching out, we’re finding the real Donald Trump that you and I already knew. It’s total victory.”

Jones said that if Trump is somehow defeated at the convention, we will reach the point where he will be forced to give blowjobs to people like George Will: “At what point do I not get on my knees then and bow down and ask George Will to pull it out? Do I bow to George Will and say no to George Will, ‘I’m not getting on my knees and do a you know what’?”

“See you in Cleveland and get your gag ready,” Stone said.

I have to admit, there’s something very appropriate about the imagery of Donald Trump fans dressed up in bondage gear.

Yes, certainly the toxic climate within the GOP looks like a very lance-able boil. House Democrats are likely feeling pretty comfortable about their electoral positions, and so see relatively less danger in having a big public stink.

There’s something in the air in the Wingnutosphere. Over at WND, some troglodyte named Sean Harshey has basically written a cri de coeur that “all is lost, the leftists have taken over.”

Many Americans are stunned by the dizzying speed with which Barack Obama’s promised transformation of our nation’s culture has taken place. The changes go deeper than most of us realize, though. The foundational institutions of our country had been corrupted little by little for decades. What appears to be a sudden coup on the part of cultural Marxists is just the natural end state of the slow transformation that has been building for more than a generation.

(snip)

Ironically, their children - Generation X - is largely shut out of the transition. Because baby boomers are hanging onto power everywhere far past the time previous generations retired, those baby boomers will hand off power to the millennial generation. This has been reflected in some of the power struggles we have seen recently in the Democratic Party. Baby boomers are largely onboard with Hillary Clinton, while millennials mostly want a more openly Marxist Bernie Sanders to just give them “free” things without having to go through the charade of being honest or the whole cronyism bit the Clintons play.

There may be a pause in the relentless march toward cultural Marxism and moral relativism if Generation X (who grew up under Reagan) manages to get Donald Trump elected president, but even that would be a Band-Aid on a gaping chest wound. America may be mortally wounded morally and culturally. An honest, but admittedly difficult, assessment is that there is no obvious way of saving it in its current arrangement. The best we can hope for may be a peaceful Balkanization.

Really, Sean? Really? The leftists have one and America is fucked and the best we can hope for is to split up into little warring states like Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia?

These people need medication and professional psychological help. Fucking pearl-clutching drama queens.

It is so jarring to step right into such a strange alternate reality. One in which the poor, poor huddled conservative Christians are being defeated on all fronts, where they don’t actually control the House, most governorships and state legislatures. Where they don’t jerk the government around like little puppets.

Where the 2nd amendment, so near & dear to their crazy, scared shitless hearts, is basically abolished, and it is impossible to buy any kind of gun. Why, just go down to your local gun store and see! The doors are padlocked and the shelves are bare … what’s that? Still open? Damn. You better jump in your pickup truck and max out your credit cards to buy every single firearm and round you can get! Go now!

Didn’t click on the link but when I saw ‘The Ministry of Truth’, I mean ‘Fox News’, I’m thinking that it would be interesting to watch separate streams of this speech. Just to see if ‘The Ministry of Truth’, I mean ‘Fox News’, does something interesting with their feed.

This is the network that has repeatedly turned Republicans into Democrats when a Republican is caught in a scandal. And they did once lose Iraq.

So far I haven’t seen them screw with any of her speeches. CNN is crap when it comes to live streaming any more and MSNBC tends to be choppy for me.

CSPAN showing speeches from earlier this morning and Tim Ryan’s (D-OH) litany of what’s the fault of the GOP was a thing of beauty. (Last item was “supporting a goofball for President”.)

I don’t think I’d want the brains or snout. And I’m a pretty adventurous eater.

Go, Patty! I was sure she’d be there eventually. Where’s Maria?

I guess Maria’s on her way, too.

The idea is to derail the discussion by pointing out that you invalid because you do not know the distinction between an “assault rifle” and an “assault weapon” and to get you to shut up and stop asking why so many children and innocent bystanders need to die in the name of a flawed interpretation of the 2nd Amendment.

Also magazine versus clip. (By the way, when I was in the Navy, we called them clips.)

I was at FE Warren Air Force Base yesterday in Cheyenne after I went to the VA (elbow surgery now scheduled after my return from Canada). The base was on some heightened alert status, and Air Police were manning the gates with assault rifles.

What I saw from the guard with her assault rifle (and her partner standing behind her) as I was handing her my wife and my ID:

a) Gun barrel pointed downward.
b) No finger anywhere near the trigger guard, or even on the rifle itself.
c) No waving the rifle around like a crazed RWNJ.

In short, didn’t feel threatened by some sort of negligent firing of her rifle. I would not feel the same about some civilian wingnut with an AR-15.

A clip is what you slide into the magazine. Are the gun-humpers using “magazine” to mean “receiver”? Looking at some of these guns, whatever you call it, even if you slide part of it off, it’s the clip you’re changing, so fuck ‘em.

The argument they use about needing to know exact terminology to have a meaningful discussion about guns falls vaguely silent when the discussion is climate science or evolution.
