I’ve mentioned that I am an Episcopalian these days because the first parish I walked into had a woman as priest and even the conservatives there considered it no big thing. She turned out to have some more than a little flakey theology but then again, so has ever priest - male or female - I’ve ever known. No one is purely orthodox.

Based on my observations of many in the MSM, they appear to be GOPers. Chuck Todd pissed me off yesterday when he accused the president of “lecturing” us. He did nothing of the sort. He spoke to us the way one adult is supposed to speak to other adults, but CT found something wrong with the way he delivered his statement. I’ve noticed that CT is oftentimes very happy to repeat RW talking points, and even when he is interviewing a RW pol and knows the person is lying, he makes no effort to hold him/her accountable. He’s been a bit better recently, but his interviewing technique still needs a lot of improvement. He really needs to study the topics he’ll be discussing in his interviews. He needs tostudy Rachel Maddow’s interview techniques. If she’s interviewing someone and a certain subject comes up, she knows the facts. The child is wicked smart and well informed, which, I think, is why GOP pols avoid appearing on her program.
