I remember the last commencement I saw when I was on the U of Penn campus. Everyone walking around in their caps and gowns. From accountants to the Wharton School of Business. All of the colors of the academic hoods and some of the schools have different colored gowns. It was a sight to behold.

Chester County, PA COVID-19 stats as of Friday:
Confirmed Cases: 2143 (+41)
Total tested: 10,422 (+305)
Deaths: 222 (+4)

About 22 days for number of confirmed cases to double. 16 days for number of dead to double to yesterday’s number. Not seeing jumps in number (known) infected in any particular township or borough, just what appears to be a general creeping increase across the board so to speak.
