The right way to do it would be a complicated system of interlocking safeties for automated reports (e.g. a karma system for reporting, based on the results of manual reviews), and a full manual review of all reported content by specifically hired staff. But that would cost a bunch of money in salaries, and additional development on their platform that won’t directly bring in revenue.

Just find fault with Democrats all while GOP obstructionism is preventing an organizing motion in the Senate and questions about the filibuster sucking the life out of the Senate agenda that Democrats were hoping for.
Meanwhile, we’ve got a couple of Democrats who don’t get what the filibuster represents and why dumping it would be in their best interests long term. I get that there’s a lot of inside baseball with filibusters, but the long and short is that it was made a Senate procedure to block integration and thwart equal rights and protections under the law. It gives a minority party undue power and control over an agenda, and prevents majority from enacting legislation.

Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz announced Monday he is opening an investigation into the matter, after U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee chair Sen. Dick Durbin (IL) said it was requesting Department of Justice records.

In today’s “what the ducking fuck?”, I heard an unholy racket and look up at my front window to see a snowmobile, just riding down the neighborhood street. (Note: The snow stopped late Saturday night, and the sun has melted the road, so he/she was riding on open pavement.)
My neighbors who live in the artist’s lofts did their thing again and left a bunch of their cars on the wrong side of the street during snow plowing. Bastards!!/ At least this time they got ticketed. I wish they’d get towed so the whole street could get plowed.
