An American nerdish guy I was faintly associated with a long time back bought himself a present on graduation from high school, a well-sealed pint bottle of butyl mercaptan. Anyone with a whiff of chemistry knowledge will be backing away from the keyboard at this point while holding their nose.

He broke the bulk container of liquid mercaptan down into a lot of small flame-sealed easily-crushed glass vials while using SCUBA gear. He worked in a shed he burned to the ground afterwards. He may or may not have said BWAHAHAHAHA! a lot but to quote Gilbert and Sullivan, “he had a little list.” Did I mention he was a nerd who had just graduated from high school? A sports-uber-alles high school?

BWAHAHAHAHA!

It looks like Steve has been dead long enough that the people running Apple don’t have to obey his orders to make devices ever slimmer and with even fewer holes any more. It’s been a long time coming, even Stalin’s legacy lasted less than three years after his death.

The original came from a responsible friend of mine, so I have to believe it’s real. My thought is these people are so stingy they can’t even set out Chick tracts, which is what the religious types did in the 1970s.

Greets and saluts from the NYC metro area. I see Powell died of covid19 related complications after dealing with a blood cancer that severely compromises your immune system. His vaccination didn’t give him the regular sort of immunity, and he needed to rely on others being vaccinated around him to protect him.

Right wing lunatics don’t care how many get sick or die from covid. Now we learn that Dennis Prager has gone out of his way to *get* covid19. That’s dumbassery of the highest order. I’l save my thoughts and prayers for those who actually deserve it.

Prager wanted to get a disease that’s killed 700,000+ Americans and millions worldwide in just about 18 months. That’s insane.

But it’s how propagandists and right wing lunatics roll these days. Science, facts, and reality are irrelevant to their know nothing worldview and belief system. They’ve substituted their shitty beliefs for facts and reality.

The cumulative 3 hours on hold threshold has been passed.
This is damn near as bad as when I called the Broward County Board of Elections in 2000. I was on hold so long then I actually left, drove to the gym, worked out for ~90 minutes, showered, went to the supermarket and returned, and was still on hold. No one ever answered my call then.

Don’t believe a word out of his mouth. He is a liar, not a braindead follower, and cannot be trusted. He would send someone else to run toward the zombies while he beat a hasty retreat.

He’s 73, and Conservatives his age tend to leave the fitness to the alt-right brownshirt generation, so I’m cautiously optimistic about his odds. I just hope he isn’t at the level where they vaccinate and just encourage their marks to die in agony.
