Al Azhar Condemns Terrorist Attacks

Earlier this week, Egypt’s Al Azhar mosque condemned the terror attacks in Riyadh and Morocco.
Al Azhar’s committee of theological research said in a release published at the end of a meeting chaired by the imam of Al Azhar, these attacks are “a crystal clear violation to numerous Islamic principles.” The religious institutions also rejected the pretext of frustration and injustice feelings among Moslems to justify such attacks.
Since the Islamic leaders of Al Azhar have expressed their support for terrorist acts against Israel many times, it’s safe to assume that the reason for this condemnation is because the Riyadh and Casablanca attacks failed to kill any Jews.
