Hatzalah Saves Lives
Hatzalah is an Israeli emergency response organization, comprised of volunteers who arrive after terrorist attacks, accidents and other emergencies long before the official organizations do, driving their personal vehicles into dangerous situations—sometimes while gun battles are still going on—in an attempt to save lives. They were on the scene and tried to save little 10-month old Shalhevet Pass when a Palestinian terrorist shot her in the head, in the Avraham Avinu neighborhood of Hebron on March 26, 2000.
Yoni Tidi, an Israeli security expert who is known to many of our readers as a frequent guest on the Hugh Hewitt radio show, is collecting donations for Hatzalah and has made an MPEG video presentation on their work available at his web site. Check out the video and consider donating to this worthwhile cause through Yoni’s site.
