Earlier today I posted a link to this AP story on Islamic violence during Ramadan, but didn’t notice that the Saudi cleric the Associated Press touts as a “moderate”…

Saleh al-Fauzan, a member of Saudi Arabia’s senior clerics committee, told Saudi radio that attacks in his capital Saturday blamed on Muslim extremists violated “the sanctity of Ramadan.”

…is the same person I wrote about yesterday when he was quoted saying, “Slavery is a part of Islam.” (Hat tip: Robert Spencer.)

 Frank says:

The manner in which Americans "consume" music has a lot to do with leaving it on their coffee tables, or using it as wallpaper for their lifestyles, like the score of a movie -- it's consumed that way without any regard for how and why it was made. -- From "The Real Frank Zappa Book" (ch. 11)
