I believe that given the information above and my own personal experiences, there is a strong possibility that James Holmes has ADHD, most likely along with at least one other psychological condition.

That one other condition, at least, is going to be pretty significant, enough to put ADHD, if he has it, way down the list of conditions that he does have. The only psychological question that is relevant from this point forward is—did he know that his actions were wrong at the time he was doing them?

It’s also speculative to assume this person had a sensitive psyche. His actions could easily lead to conclusions that are quite the opposite.
