The fact that the hourly employees have a high turnover rate is meaningless.

It’s fast food. It’s not supposed to be a career. It’s the hard job that makes you want to go and get a degree and a real career.

I would be horrified to know that anyone that I worked with at Burgerville back in the 80’s is still there. I would be horrified to know they were still there three years later, for that matter.
