Sounds like a too little, too late, and in any case wholly disingenuous attempt to wash her hands of her role in the GOP’s war on women. Pathetic.

I read it as a complete disconnect between uses of the word “choice”. Bachmann is using it solely to knock Obamacare and ignoring the common usage that includes the right to choose birth control and abortion. If she were smart, she would be trying to co-opt the latter usage, but since she’s not, I think it’s just the standard-issue wingnut brain divider that allows for cognitive dissonance to go unheard.
