It’s not like ‘24’, not really, since it lacks the obligatory mole or traitor in the Federal Government. But terrorists trying to hold Americans hostage via WMD? Yes, that could happen.

And the word is strategery, Destro. It was actually the title of a (supportive) book about the Bush Administration, and was invented by the books author, Bill Sammon. George W. Bush only used it after the book was published, as a ‘thank you’ plug to Sammon.
