More good (related) news from Egypt ? : 50 Muslim Brotherhood members arrested in Egypt

An Egyptian security official says 50 members of the opposition Muslim Brotherhood group have been arrested for organizing Gaza protests in Cairo.

The official, who was speaking on condition of anonymity because he is not authorized to speak to media, says the arrests today (January 6) followed calls by the outlawed Brotherhood on members and other opposition groups to stage more demonstrations protesting Israel's Gaza offensive.

Anti-Israeli protests have taken place across Egypt since the Jewish state began its Gaza offensive December 27. In some cases, police clashed with protesters and made arrests.

Egypt borders Hamas-ruled Gaza. The militant Palestinian group has ideological ties to the Brotherhood, the country's strongest opposition group.

i am sure the intell is coming from a lot of different places, and public statements are not the same as what is said behind closed doors.

a family member of someone the hamassholes tossed off a tall building might be very happy to return the favor.

Isn't it amazing that Egypt arrests members of the Muslim Brotherhood, but here in America we allow them to speak at the opening of the Democratic National Convention, and we give them state tax funds to run an Islamic school?

Even if he didn't mean it, saying it is a positive step because it gives others who do mean it the freedom to say the same.
