[Why does the fawning media allow him to get away with this? When Hillary mentioned her recollection of the conditions of a landing in Bosnia years ago, the media carried on about this for days. But this Obama story doesn’t involve a recollection of a distant event. It’s what’s happening right now. Either Obama is a compulsive liar (as when he flip-flops and denies that he flipped although everyone sees it), or he lives in a fantasy world in which he is the imaginary chair of the Banking Committee and does wonderful imaginary things when he is not being the Messiah, or he has a mental condition in which he goes through life sleep-walking (as when he slept through 20 years of Jeremiah Wright’s sermons). In any case, he has a serious problem of denying reality, and the media can’t be bothered to interrupt their collective swoon over him.]
