A case you might not know about, but probably should
Don Michael Ayala, a civilian contractor who was working with the Army Human Terrain Team in Afghanistan pled guilty today in Alexandria, Virginia. Ayala and his team member Paula Lloyd were on patrol when an Afghani threw gasoline on Lloyd and then set her alight. Watching Lloyd writhering on the ground with burns over 60% of her body, Ayala grabbed a gun and executed the Aghani who had been restrained by US troops. Lloyd eventually died from complications of the severe burns.
Personally, I think the guy should have been awarded a medal, but he’ll probably end up doing some serious time. Originally, the DOJ was trying to nail him on 2nd degree murder.
This is the face of our legal system where criminal terrorists have more rights than American citizens. It will only get worse under the Obamamessiah.
