PREMISES ID and the NATIONAL ANIMAL IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM (NAIS) CHIP
Premises ID and NAIS are part of a global surveillance system for every single species of animal in the country, using a GPS tracking tag inserted into the animal, and much more. As Jim Hightower writes:
