US threatens to not recognize results of November Honduran election - Cite the ‘Coup’

The “coup” took place when the Honduran Supreme Court, Legislature, and Military took action to prevent an illegal vote to extend the President’s term to Life. The Former President Zelaya insisted on holding the illegal referendum despite the Honduran constitution and the rulings and actions against the referendum.

I thought the US stood for democracy, freedom, and the rule of law?

We have a president, a department of state, and various other agencies that don’t quite grasp whom our friends are, our real friends, those that share the same love of democratic ideals we do.

We have a president and state department that desperately wants to shake the hands of soon-to-be nuclear terrorists, bow before 7th century despots, while screwing, insulting, and harming our real friends.

What could go wrong?

Folks, in 2010, we need to get this presidents party out of power. The republicans can be any worse than this joker and his minions, and will provide an excellent counterpoint to his wacked out view of America, its place in the world. If we can take control of congress with a large enough majority, he can say anything he wants, and we don’t have to fund his idiotic ideas. We can also backtrack some of his inane policies with legislation and subsequent veto overrides.

Please America, wake up to what this fool has done to this country. In 9 short months, he has caused more damage to Americas standing, to our allies, while encouraging our enemies, destroying our economy.

Of all the revolting things our Marxisant President has done since taking power, this is the most nauseating. Is this a bad dream? Could it possibly be true that the United States Government is actually assisting a communist coup in a small, friendly Latin American democracy?

Can anyone have any remaining doubt which side Obama is really on?

(BTW, this shameful move was applauded by Sen. John “Danny Ortega’s BFF” Kerry).

Obama wants to put into power Chavez’s friend, a would-be Communist dictator, despite his violation of Honduras’ constitution and despite the ruling of Honduras’ highest court. Obama is meddling in Honduras’ internal affairs, and worst of all, he is on the wrong side, the side of an enemy of the US who seeks to be a dictator.
