I believe that this says more about the integrity of factcheck.org than anything else. they should be re-evaluating themselves soon.

Of course, when faced with overwhelming evidence that your false reality is indeed false by all means attack the source. Couldn't possibly be you or anything.

Well, it's like this, look in the mirror. Factcheck.org is a partisan leftist group. They have not been credible. Pointing out their support of Acorn even after Acorn staffers have started going to jail, and in light of recent events is laughable at best. I do enjoy the civil discourse though.

I can't even imagine how far to the right you must be to call factcheck partisan. 30 seconds reviewing their articles should tell you that but in the spirit of education:

A DNC ad falsely accuses Republicans of voting "to abolish Medicare."

Keep Your Insurance? Not everyone.

Virginia myths and more.

Ok that took me about 30 seconds. It would seem that after reading these it would be difficult to claim factcheck.org is a partisan leftist group. Additionally their articles are well researched and referenced. Highly credible.

Neither ACORN nor its employees have been found guilty of, or even charged with, casting fraudulent votes. What a McCain-Palin Web ad calls "voter fraud" is actually voter registration fraud. Several ACORN canvassers have been found guilty of faking registration forms and others are being investigated. But the evidence that has surfaced so far shows they faked forms to get paid for work they didn’t do, not to stuff ballot boxes.

Oh, I see. "Voter registration fraud" is not "voter fraud". And on that basis ACORN is not guilty. The thing is, ACORN workers have been convicted in several jurisdictions. Seattle, Kansas City, Wisconsin, Colorado and I forget where else. And ACORN under investigation in fifteen states. But according to this 10/18/08 Factcheck post ACORN is clean.

The fact is, ACORN pretends not to know what is going on. That way they can just fire the employees and act shocked. They have been doing it for years. Everybody knows it.

If ACORN were registering primarily Republican voters, they would have been shut down years ago. And everybody knows it.
