Comedian’s lawyer walks out on human rights tribunal

The B.C. Human Rights Commission is suing Guy Earle on behalf of a lesbian who claims she was traumatized by remarks he made during his performance. The lawyer was trying to establish whether or not the HRC had the right to hear the case on the basis of an earlier B.C. Supreme Court ruling. Taxpayer funded prejudice or prejudiced comic? p.s. Canada already has REAL courts with real laws for this sort of thing.
