This is silly, and a game Spencer is playing.

ENSO (El Niño-Southern Oscillation) is defined by the change in temperature of the ocean surface in a large swath of the Pacific ocean.

Everybody who studies Earth’s surface temperature knows it, and everybody discusses. Look at the recent temperature analyses produced by the various agencies. They discuss El Nino.

Spencer really is doing his creationist thing here.
