Letter from Adm Thad Allen to BP, questioning lack of timely payment of claims and demanding information

This is a pdf document and I was unable to copy/paste any of it. Basically, Adm. Allen asks BP for information about their process, number of claims received by location, amounts requested, amounts paid, claims denied, and other information in order to review BP’s progress on this (and I suspect, as a way to ensure that BP is not denying claims inappropriately).
