A couple of photos taken with my Canon T2i - the first was taken with full auto settings in low light, so it’s illuminated by the bright white internal flash of the camera. The shutter speed is 1/128th, ISO 100, F/5.6-f/5.70.
The second photo was taken with no flash, which results in a shutter speed of 8 seconds, ISO 100, F-16. Note the coloration of the incandescent lights, and the strange double shadows. These dual colored amber and blue shadows are explained if you look at the third photo of the room lights.
The Canon T2i takes exceptional photos, at 18 megapixels the files are quite large (6-7mb per photo) in their native RAW format, (5184X3456) so I reduce them to 1200X800 and reduce the pixels per inch to 72 before uploading them to the web.
When you display these on a large HD tv through the HDMI jack in the camera you approach seeing the true resolution of the actual image.
