I thought this had to be wonkette snark. What kind of nut seriously would think that he can claim the tanning tax is evidence of *cough* “Obama’s deep-seated hatred for white people” or something like that?

That is the best part.
Now days these folks are so crazy that sites like Wonkette don’t even need to try hard.

As to that nutty tanning tax as reverse racism narrative, even msnbc was covering it yesterday on Ratigan’s show. I really wish most of the media would show a little restraint (or perhaps a modicum of self-respect) and pass on giving the refuse that bubbles out of the Beck-Limbaugh-Jones fever swamp the time of day.

What an asshole. When you have experienced lynchings, been set upon by police dogs during peaceful demonstrations, encountered signs like these telling you where you can/cannot go, or had someone in your ethnic group tied to the back of a pick-up truck and dragged to his death, THEN I’ll believe you know something about the pain of racism.
