Fox News host Sean Hannity brought Bush White House advisor Karl Rove on his show last night to discuss the upcoming elections and speculate about who might challenge President Obama in 2012. So, anyone want to pretend again that the GOP hasn’t entirely collapsed into the hate talk radio biz? The reality show known as the Wasilla Hillbillies doesn’t refute this point. First we had the embarrassing spectacle of the GOP being forced to apologise to rush multiple times for daring to suggest he isn;t the leader of the GOP, (‘just an entertainer!’). and now we have entertainers being urged to run for POTUS.
Why not? The GOP is now just a freak tent on the midway; carnival barkers deserve pride of place.
