Thomas Schulte-Kellinghaus, judge at the Higher Regional Court Karlsruhe, has filed a criminal charge against the president of the Federal Criminal Police Office, Jörg Ziercke. Responding to questions from The-Left-MP Wolfgang Nešković regarding involvement of “German authorities” the responsible Secretary of State of the Interior Klaus-Dieter Fritsche so far has only given vague answers: From “criminal procedural measures” no information is supposed to have been given to the USA. He did not say anything about possible other findings. “The elusive answer and the current state of evidence do not allow any other conclusion than that information by intelligence agencies has been given to the US-american side”, speculated Nešković, himself a former judge at the Federal Court of Justice of Germany.”
