First down, Bears. If they avoid the sack, they’ll at least get a field goal.

Yep. The Bears need to come out strong for the 2nd half. But their offense always plays better when its had a chance to review.

Yeah, he may have a real issue with his elbow.
Oh… I wasn’t watching…… maybe it will improve his accuracy.

Interception, Brian Urlacher! With a 49-yard return. But Cutler is not coming out.

Cutler is out? Now I’m for the Bears.

DAMMIT. That interception was annoying.
Still, it’s 3rd and 15. Good luck with that.

Collins is worse. No TD’s & 4 INT for the year.

This game is over. Without Cutler, the Bears can’t win.
35 | Skeetghazi Sun, Jan 23, 2011 1:57:21pm |
OK, my Pack friends are DYING right now. Good for them
36 | William Barnett-Lewis Sun, Jan 23, 2011 1:58:25pm |
That wasn’t a valid INT this time though. Weird mess that the Refs are making.

Ouch….

Radio announcer says it’s Cutler’s knee not the elbow.

No. I played an entire season w/torn ACL RT @MisterDuke2: If Cutler has knee surgery in off season, will you recant what you said about him?

A couple of years ago Philip Rivers played hopping on one leg with torn knee ligaments in the other….. That was against the Pats in the playoffs and he played as well as could be expected. He had surgery in the off-season. It’s a good thing I’m not on Twitter.

Finally the Bears force a 3-and-out. But they have to capitalize on it, and I’m not sure they can.

Forte picks up 11 as the Bears offense finally starts to move the ball.
50 | Mr Pancakes Sun, Jan 23, 2011 2:35:02pm |
Well that was helmet to helmet for sure….. although I’m all for overlooking some of this stuff in the play-offs.
51 | Skeetghazi Sun, Jan 23, 2011 2:36:15pm |
I didn’t see that as pass interference. It was a tackle in action.
bs
52 | Dark_Falcon Sun, Jan 23, 2011 2:39:55pm |
Bears stop ‘em and get the touchback. Now they need to score, and it will not be easy.

DF, I saw the Soldier Field expansion. That’s where they say the UFO crashed into the stadium?

Turn out the lights the party’s over.
The NFL is soooo different than college. College, over. NFL, not.

Yea you’re right……. the wine made me say that and my love of Don Meredith RIP.
65 | Mr Pancakes Sun, Jan 23, 2011 3:06:08pm |
Intentional grounding was iffy at best…… ouch.
66 | William Barnett-Lewis Sun, Jan 23, 2011 3:09:31pm |
A long two minutes left. So much for my 14-10 prediction.

I work at home in San Diego for a company in Chicago…. boy are they going to be fun to deal with tomorrow.
74 | Dark_Falcon Sun, Jan 23, 2011 3:16:19pm |
And that’s it. An interception by Sam Shield will give the Green Bay Packers a 21-14 win over the Chicago Bears. Sad, but I was prepared for this.

Hang in there DF……. losing this close to the Superbowl sucks.
76 | William Barnett-Lewis Sun, Jan 23, 2011 3:20:11pm |
I’m glad it was a good hard played game DF. Chicago gave a good battle, especially that young 3rd stringer.
77 | Mr Pancakes Sun, Jan 23, 2011 3:20:53pm |
So, does this thread morph into the Steeler-Jet game thread?
Not sure how this stuff works.

Well…. I’ve moved on to beer from the wine.
“Beer to wine everything’s fine, wine to beer trouble’s near.”
Oh shit……
