Sharing my climate change sources
A Lizard asked about resources this AM so I thought to share my primary sources. This is by no means an authoritative list, there are many resources out there. The important part is to start looking.
For a brief synopsis of the propaganda campaign read Climate Cover Up. Click to Amazon through LGF so Stinky gets some beer money.
DeSmogBlog: a good blog focused on watching the PR campaign to deny AGW and other environmental issues. The writer of Climate Cover Up is one of the founders and a key contributor.
Exxon Secrets: funded by Greenpeace, a graphics based database following the money trail.
Skeptical Science: a great database organizing denier arguments that applies scientific information that confirms or denies those arguments. The information is presented in Basic-Intermediate-Advanced levels. Plus, the Comments section usually has some good discussion.
Real Climate: climate science from climate scientists.
Climate Crocks: Peter Sinclair makes lots of videos debunking climate canards with his brilliant ‘Climate Crock of the Week’ series posted on a YouTube channel. They are usually about 10 minutes, informative, entertaining, and I like his sublime dry sense of humor.
If you like Peter Sinclair’s Climate Crocks you’ll love Potholer54’s YouTube channel. He also takes a good look at creationism.
Who says science isn’t fun? Sinclair and Potholer make it fun in their videos.
I subscribe to Skeptical Science and Climate Crocks by email which send updates quite regularly.
