Studio 11 Photographers and Mt Wilson-Brilliant Cloud Day

I love the look of the mechanism. The rivets, the huge axle in the middle, all the wires. Then of course we do have the sheer history of the Mt Wilson Observatory. I used my Bogen “Magic Arm” to attach my camera to a rail near the viewing window. That let me use a longer exposure. Any flash would have just bounced off the glass. BTW my friend LeftWingConspirator joined me and took some interesting shots as well including the shot Mt Baldy as seen from Mt Wilson on this cloudy/foggy day, and yours truly looking to compose another angle.
