Extra musical feature from Barefoot and Progressive in Kentucky:

"I hope some of you were able to take in the "Father and Son Campout" at the Creation Museum this weekend. (That's father and son, not fathers and son, thank you very much)

If you went, you were able to catch the musical stylings and intellectual child abuse of Buddy Davis, the singer/songwriter of the smash hit "Behemoth is a Dinosaur": (video at link)

The American Can Museum in Cincinnati doesn't have a research facility either, though I'm guessing they may have a few cans on shelves around back. And Noah got the Dino's on the Ark because during that period they were really small.

And they talked.

You people have heard of Satan, yes?

I know a retired utility company employee whose big thing is building model plane kits. For full disclosure, I do this too. At least I have the kits on hand though I've only finished three of them in the ten years since I picked this hobby back up after a 30 year hiatus. It does not dominate my life, needless to say.
The utility guy is a different story though. His models are astonishing in their detail and perfection, some with hundreds of dollars worth of specially sculpted detail parts added to a 10 dollar kit from Hobby Lobby.
He is very proud of them too. He recently opened his very own model plane museum, displaying his works in glass cases in a steel shed attached to his garage. He shows it to visitors and friends at his convenience, which might be any time of the day or night.
Compared to, say, the Smithsonian, this is not much of a museum. Even this little private collection, however, has a workshop and a storage area with a big stash of extra kits, parts, tools, etc. There is even a miniature research library with 40 years worth of modeling magazines and books.
