White doughboy racist is racist.

To be honest, there is a bit of truth in this video. Women largely in America do have far more incentive to get out, work and become educated than men and this is taken to a broader extreme among minority communities where the conditions and opportunities are worse. That's a truism about gender in America that shouldn't be dismissed.

The point could have been said alot better and skillfully, however. My generation of men is one that lacks a profound degree of motivation and the combination of this and societal changes in racial demographics are going to have to be approached carefully if things are to be improved.

I agree with what you are saying. My problem with what this man says is that he refers to the problem as if it is more a racial problem by saying minorities instead of poor people.
In every country you go to, it is men who come from poorer communities that tend to engage in criminal activity no matter what their 'race'.
When he was talking he did not say minorities in poor communities he talked about minorities as one class when there are middle class minorities as well as wealthy minorities.
There are a lot of poor white farmers all over this country who, out of circumstances have found it more lucrative to grow pot then go get an expensive education to feed their families.

I agree completely. There also seems to be some sort of psychological comfort on the part of racists - who tend to be more middle to lower middle class whites - to project the pains of poverty onto blacks and Hispanics, as if they are the only group to suffer from them. It's like that quote from Mississippi Burning - "If I don't feel better than a n!gger, who do I feel better than?"

There are plenty of poor white people who make meth also.
