Lemme get this straight: It's okay for non-welfare people to be addicted to, or use, drugs, especially if their employer is footing the bill for any drug testing. Not okay to be scraping by, not even a confirmed drug user, and have to pay for your own punitive drug testing.

This is nothing but punishment, monetarily and socially. Just another way the altruistic right tries to enforce a stereotype while fucking over the innocent.

Gotta keep those drug ho welfare queens and their boyfriends from driving Cadillacs and Hummers. Reagan warned us about those. I seen one once.

This has nothing to do with actually saving state money. This is culture warfare red meat for the tea party base.

"Parents who test positive must designate another adult to receive benefits on behalf of their children."

This should have been done long ago, if the parents use the kids' money improperly they can lose their kids.
