Interesting news. We may still get to see what happened in that house.

Doubt it will be any time soon that those helmet cams will be released to public record.

There are several helmet cam videos from Iraq and Afghanistan on the intertubes.

Youtube Video

Say what you want, but they could put the Osama raid helmet cam footage on pay-per-view for $5 and pay off the national debt with the proceeds.

That was fascinating.

Yes, I think you’re correct about pay-per-view if they put up the OBL footage!

I smell a pay-per-view opportunity for the US government. It may sound tacky, but 50 million people paying 50 bucks each to watch the helmet cams would reduce the deficit by $2.5 billion.

No, dude, that math doesn’t work. You have to charge more than $5. With our debt at about $14 Trillion now, we’d have to sell to about 3 Trillion PPV users. That’s like ten times as many people that live in the United States. Even assuming you double your sales overseas, it just won’t work.

Why not, he cost us trillions, now he can help us make it back.

Make it $50.

No, they couldn’t. Works of the United States government are automatically public domain; they cannot be copyrighted.

You know there’ll be an edit with FPS video game displays.
