Matt Drudge Continues Popularizing 9-11 Truth Movement
Matt Drudge continues his partnership with the 9-11 Truth conspiracy theorists to manufacture anti-government paranoia and undermine airport security.
Drudge Drives TSA Controversy To Viral Status
The latest example is illustrated by this morning’s alexa.com’s What’s Hot section, which ranks the most popular news stories that are generating the most traffic across the entire world wide web.
Appearing second on the list behind only a yahoo.com front page story (the other two entries are for software downloads), is our article from yesterday about a woman screaming after being molested by TSA agents at Sky Harbor International airport in Phoenix, AZ. This story has now received millions of readers thanks to Drudge’s influence in driving the issue to viral status.
Despite the fact that Prison Planet and Infowars stories are routinely linked by Drudge, Google News took the decision to de-list both websites from its aggregator content last year, even though Alex Jones himself is now recognized as a leading media personality in the United States.
The fact that like Drudge, Infowars and Prison Planet are already swallowing up audience share from big mainstream news websites. infowars.com alone now gets more traffic than msnbc.com, a multi-billion dollar news operation funded by General Electric and the military-industrial complex.
