I saw that.

What upset me most is how few people seem to be shocked or outraged at his behavior.

No matter where you stand on abortion, this kind of behavior on what is a private matter is outrageous.

Clearly, this is not a guy with a mentality to hitch your wagon to and have children with. No, he's a vindictive, whiny bitch. No doubt, he wonders why she would choose not to have children with him.

I covered this here. Note that the woman's friends claim that she miscarried, and didn't have an abortion. Also, she's suing him for harassment and invasion of privacy.

It's little wonder that he's an ex-boyfriend. He's a real piece of work.

BTW, his legal counsel really ought to bone up on the Westboro case. It doesn't say what he thinks it says. That case is quite narrow in its holding (specific to that case and no more).

Exactly, I was wondering if he should get a new attorney. This is all kind of funny actually, as this morning (as part of studying for the bar) we were reviewing the entire area of intentional torts.

Good. I know I would have sued the hell out of him if I was the woman in this case. I hope she wins and takes him to the cleaners for this.

There are some times when I think the first amendment goes too far, this is one of them. I have become rather fond of the libel and slander laws being used in the U.K. currently and wish America could adopt that kind of personal privacy protection. At the least I would like to see the courts move the goal posts a little bit further in favor of personal privacy when what the other party claims as free speech is so obviously meant to damage another persons reputation without any evidence to support their allegations.

You should see this pig's Twitter account, full of "jokes" like "What do you do if your girlfriend is in your front yard, screaming, crying & covered in blood?" His answer? "Stay calm & reload." Yes, the self-made subhuman slimebag, AFTER the blowback, is claiming that "it's all just jokes."
