It’s bad enough that Huckabee is stretching the truth in saying that Obama’s economic policies have failed, but out of nowhere he invokes witch doctors, just as some of the teabaggers protesting against health care reform.
They really aren’t trying to hide it anymore, are they!

These people for the life of them can’t drop the (very) thinly veiled racist references. It appears this is somehow their backdoor manner of showing that they are cognizant of the fact the President is black and therefore inferior. A little shout out to xenophobic white America, “I feel ya!”
If they aren’t cognizant, and these kinds of off the cuff responses just come out without any thought and if this everyday behavior is ingrained into their id, then I don’t know would be considered more alarming, but either way it’s bad news bears.
You paint it anyway you want, but Huckabee is racist.

He could’ve used “voodoo economics”—as President Bush 1 did when speaking about Reagonomics—as it would have provided some measure of deniability while still referencing something perceived as Black/African/scary/foreign in relation to President Obama.
I wonder why he didn’t? Maybe too subtle for his audience? Or maybe didn’t want to be accused of comparing President Obama to President Reagan? Somehow I doubt the latter.
Huckabee may put on that Gomer Pyle aw-gee-I’m-just-a-simple-nice-guy act, but he’s not stupid and I don’t buy his act for even a minute.
These people are so effing lame. They’ve got nothing constructive to contribute, so they just sling poo. And they don’t even do it in a clever way. Pathetic.
