This Is just plain partisan stupidity, her husband runs a mental health clinic, in the last six years it has taken $137,000 in Medicaid payments, nobody is getting rich here nor is any fraud alleged.

While Rep. Michelle Bachmann, R-Minn., has forcefully denounced the Medicaid program for swelling the “welfare rolls,” the mental health clinic run by her husband has been collecting annual Medicaid payments totaling over $137,000 for the treatment of patients since 2005, according to new figures obtained by NBC News.
This really is a senseless and manufactured attempt to generate an Outrage against Bachmann, it is her husbands business, $137,000 over six years amounts to a giant “who effing cares?” in my book, and any attempt to help those in need earns bonus points in my book.
(BTW I really love how they phrased their accusatory sentence there…”has been collecting annual Medicaid payments totaling over $137,000 for the treatment of patients since 2005.” They obviously tortured that sentence structure to make the first impression that the $137,000 was annual rather than cumulative, either that or they just don’t know how to construct a proper sentence.)
