It was a nice wagon, even with the wobbly right wheel. However it will not go far if the left wheel falls off.

Laugh you gotta love calling something a “Town Hall” and then ignoring what the “constituents” want to talk about. I mean, we all know that “Town Hall” means “Marketing Session” but damn man.

I can only imagine what else wasn’t asked…

Whatever it was, it was not the most popular and completely valid question submitted tonight.

Personally, I’d like to see it legalized, treated like booze and tax the shit out of it, like cigs or gas.

If Obama is in favor of legalization, he should’ve said so, and to what extent. If he is opposed, he should’ve said that, and briefly stated why.

So why didn’t he answer? Methinks he’s trying to avoid giving any further ammo to wingnuts this coming election. Someone should tell the Prez to relax. The GOP’s candidates this season are a joke. They’re practically slinging mud at themselves.

As far as I know, none of the above questions were chosen.

cnet article on how Twitter chose the questions that were actually asked of the President. From the article:

The company says that it will select “curators” from among its users—and grant them, not Dorsey, full editorial privileges.

The Twitter guy doesn’t say so, but the author of the article implies that this approach is taken specifically to exclude marijuana policy questions.
