Srsly. Cats on LGF. My respect for this site has gone down a few points.

Why? It's a news story about an endangered species.

A species almost as rare as good news coming from the country in which it was found.

Pages are for what the posters find interesting, FYI, they're not posted by Charles.
I think the cat information is awesome.
Your mileage may vary.

Because if it was just about the migration of the species and them finding a new place, albeit unlikely, to call their home, it wouldn't get so much attention if it didn't have the pics. Am I right? Probably not. Still... I was trying to be snarky and probably should've included the all but necessary "///". Whatever... Stupid cats on the internet. Ugh.

Oh I'm completely aware of that. If we all didn't have varying interests, this site wouldn't be as appealing to me as it is. But I think I've had enough cats from "can haz cheezburger" and the like and the rest of "teh interwebs" for the rest of my life. See my response above, re: snarkitude.

You're boring & I'm being rude.
Goodbye, I'll not further sully a nice page.

re: #3 RanchTooth

It's wild cats. Endangered species. Not domestic shorthairs or something so ordinary.

The story title clearly said it was about the Snow Leopard. Which is clearly a type of cat. If you are so very uninterested in cats, why the heck did you even click on this story? It sure has the look of somebody wanting to just - spit at other folks.

re: #11 reine.de.tout

I was curious to see where they were, since they are "Thriving in a Surprising Spot", I wanted to know how surprising that is and why it was surprising. And yes, the article answered that for me. But it was the comments before me and:

Here's the photo gallery - only 3 photos, but very nice. I have a real soft spot for big cats; they always seem so elegant and graceful and just beautiful.

that pissed me off.

Ah. So the purpose was indeed to come spit at folks - namely ME for posting my thoughts that pissed you off.

Boo. Fucking. Hoo.
If something that benign pisses you off, I suggest you need to find a life.

In belittling this Page with your condescending comments you've succeeded not only in making reine feel bad and lessening the enjoyment the rest of us got out of the story, but also in making yourself look boorish and earning animosity where none had previously existed.

Bravo! Great way to elevate respect for this site. ///

To reine, I apologize for this awful string of comments that ensued and any shame I may have caused for otherwise having posted this page. I don't want to make more excuses for what I did, because there are none. I was a dick. Think of me what you will.

re: #18 RanchTooth

I think you apologized, and that counts for a lot. And without excuse-making.

We all have those days.
