I have freedom of speech to misrepresent myself, and my opponents!

If you try and stop me, I will cry reverse-racism and invoke MLK!

I saw this "story" covered in depth on Fox News today. (I'm in Georgia...Fox News is fucking everywhere)

"Your Honor, she is attempting to dampen my right to edit tape to tell the story I want to tell, even if it is a lie. I offer we dismiss this case due to computer generated movies influence on the American public. I mean, your Honor, what is true? Would it be the picture? The audio? We need that ability to twist the facts and truth to get the story out. The true story. The one we want to tell irregardless of fact and truth. Let's exchange lies at recess. I've got a beauty or two. I'll let you use them. For a fee. I'm cheap. Real cheap."

Breitbart is a drunk and a tool and I hope they nail him to the wall in this suit. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy asshole.

Is it slander or libel? I always get the two confused.

Anyway, whichever one it is, it's not protected free speech. Tough shit, Breitbart.

The poor baby. Once a slimeball always one.

re: #5 Slumbering Behemoth

Slander is spoken, in print would be libel. ;-)

Does Breitbart ping anyone else's gaydar, or is it just me?

re: #7 JABenningfield

Ah, thank you. Now that that is etched in my memory, I'm sure I will forget it again just three seconds before the next time I have cause to use either of those words.

re: #8 thecommodore

I found out years ago that I was born with a non-functioning gaydar array. I couldn't spot a homosexual (barring the blatantly obvious) if my life depended on it.

No, it's not.

No, it's not.

Well that's a relief. Mine went bonkers when he started talking about a "gay old time" at GOPAC.

Normally, I would deplore discussing the sexuality of an individual if it were not relevant to his actions. Especially if smacked of using any hint of whatever sexuality as an insult. However, given that one of his associates was behind one of the most bizarre would-be "seduction (RAPE)" instances I have ever heard of (& was only "disowned" by Breitbart AFTER being FOUND OUT), I'd say it's more than relevant. He's not only got something he somehow thinks he has to hide, he's willing to hurt other people to do so. Sick, sad little slimebag!!
