Lawyers for conservative blogger Andrew Breitbart are asking a federal court to throw out a case that former government employee Shirley Sherrod has brought against him.

In the first hearing in the case Tuesday, lawyers for Breitbart and the other defendants argued that Sherrod’s case is an attempt to dampen free speech and should be dismissed.
Is “dampen” a legal term?

Normally, I would deplore discussing the sexuality of an individual if it were not relevant to his actions. Especially if smacked of using any hint of whatever sexuality as an insult. However, given that one of his associates was behind one of the most bizarre would-be "seduction (RAPE)" instances I have ever heard of (& was only "disowned" by Breitbart AFTER being FOUND OUT), I'd say it's more than relevant. He's not only got something he somehow thinks he has to hide, he's willing to hurt other people to do so. Sick, sad little slimebag!!
