Somehow it seems sort of likely that certain bloggers that are extensively quoted in it might have received a copy of the manifesto themselves.

Hi. Several commenters on the last days’ threads are tripping over the phrase ‘Christian Fundamentalist’ that seems to have originated in the Norwegian press. Can you go to the top thread and shed some light on the traslation/word origin?
