Newsweek Magazine has come under scrutiny following the release of their latest cover featuring presidential candidate Rep. Michele Bachmann. The Newsweek cover, featuring an image of Bachmann in which she appears to have just received horrible news and is attempting unsuccessfully to mask her emotions, has been called foul play by some supporters.

Bachmann recently received an unlikely boost of support from the liberal-leaning interest group, the National Organization for Women.

NOW, an organization that has received some criticism for its deafening silence when prominent conservative women like former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin are lampooned in the national press, has come out strongly against the depiction of Rep. Bachmann as the ‘Queen of Rage.’
