I presume that there is some secret competition between those fighting for the Republican nomination to try to say the most offensive possible thing about Obama and his administration. No points deducted for any level of stupidity. So far I feel that Perry is winning, but it’s only a matter of time before Bachmann and even Santorum make their efforts. They are sure to be impressive.

The most fun we will have for the next months will be to watch these constitutional mavens ride roughshod over the law of the land. It never ceases to amaze me that the GOP spokes-morons are able to claim to be defenders of the law and democracy at the same time they hold forth on the virtue of religious fascism.

Y'know, I registered 2 domains several months ago in anticipation of the mud slinging fest, but I haven't done anything with either one becuase I've been busy. I really need to throw a quick blog together since things are starting to ramp up.

I think they are just planning ahead for if or when the president gets reelected because that's plan B: impeach Democratic presidents that have the nerve to get reelected.

Last time I checked, Being POTUS While Black isn't a crime. And we've seen the birth certificate. What grounds could there possibly be for impeachment?
