Onyango has hired the same attorney that Zeituni had when a judge found she could be a target in Kenya. Any guesses on the outcome?

It is just another close parallel to Jimmy Carter. Brother Billy is now uncle Onyango.

It is getting eerie.

This sort of reporting is extremely irritating. Zeituni is not the President's aunt, Onyango is not his uncle and George was not his brother. The press intentionally is loose in their classifications of the relations to make each of these into more of a story.

In the case of Zeituni and Onyango, they are step-sister and step-brother to the President's deadbeat father (who he hardly even knew), or to put it another way they're the children of the President's step-grandmother. Many of these people are basically strangers to the President, and based on the number of times his father and grandfather remarried if he's supposed to be responsible for the extensive tree of distant Obama relations, he's likely going to be an extremely busy man.

The word "Obama's" gets eyeballs, sells Yahoo ads.

According to Wikipedia the proper classification should be half-uncle and half-aunt?

If you're painfully trying to construct the analogy at the expense of common sense and facts, sure, it's eerie.

And Dubya had Neil. This is a non-partisan issue.

Agreed. This isn't a national story, just another jackass drunk driver. However, I do think he should be deported immediately. When there is already a deportation order, a DUI charge should trigger immediate expulsion and a ban on re-entry.

And of course, the racists are out in force in the comment section:

Why is that kenyan baboon still living illegally in the US and not being deported? More proof that Obozo is a domestic enemy of the constitution.

Haters are gonna hate, but when they aren't properly moderated it does take long for the racism to bubble up to the surface. It makes me sick.

Anyone who thinks this incident reflects negatively on the president himself is a dumbass.
