A Vancouver researcher says treatment to stop the progression of Alzheimer’s disease may be on the horizon, thanks to backing of his breakthrough work from a leading Canadian biopharmaceutical company.
I heard this guy on a radio interview this morning. He really explained what he had done very clearly. I am not a scientist, but it was explained that the treatment will train the immune system to attack the cells they have discovered are key to the disease.
