I still think it’s sensible to just prepare for the worst already. Maybe not outright sovereign citizen survivalism, but definitely stocking up that handbasket.

I don’t know how “prepared” you can actually get for this scenario.

The “failed state scenario” is probably the most likely. That is, the wars won’t primarily be one country invading another for resources, but that many nations will fail internally (civil war, anarchy, religious rebellion, etc.), and that will drag in neighboring countries.
