Shrugs. Israel is paying the cost of cosying up to its wingnut Right the same way the U.S. is. Fanatics are never satisfied with anything other than complete victory and total obliteration of their enemies, which is every one that doesn't think like them.

So I'm not surprised. Saddened, but not surprised.

It's horrifying. Jew v Jew public squabbles are bad enough, but this? Don't they have a conscious? A sense of BEING? I saw this this morning and wanted to throw-up.

The Haredi extremists are so afraid of accepting any kind of responsibility for their despicable actions. They've been internationally humiliated for verbally abusing little school girls, that the only way to fight back is to pull the Nazi card. It's beyond words. MAN UP ALREADY.

But you know, and I posted this earlier, they do think Herzl was worse than Hitler. They're sick and demented creatures, these people.

This kind of idiotic display was already freaking lame when they had Gaza kids doing it a couple of years ago.

re: #5 Alouette

I love that nearly every picture of your children or grandchildren shows them smiling, warm, genuine smiles.

In what sense do you think Israel's been cosying up to these folks? This is the anti-Zionist fringe, not the King's Torah people.

With Gaza it was horribly over the top, but this is beyond over the top. It's so chillingly ridiculous that it's tempting to dismiss as a bad joke, but it really indicates the depth to which this group feels absolute hatred toward the rest of the Jewish world, other haredim very much included.

Guy I know on Facebook got tired of typing Sikrikim, so he calls them the Sick Ricks, which I think works nicely.

Here's some brain bleach:

Alouette's grandson shares a Chanukah doughnut with some IDF women soldiers.

Is CUTE! Is that on your blog?

The King's Torah people who, BTW, Israel arrested and investigated.

OK, I'll shut up now. I'm having really unseemly fantasies about dealing with these guys.

It looks, to me, that some Israelis are more and more becoming what they profess to hate.

I don't know what Israelis are supposed to profess to hate, but the entire country is denouncing these people, who are part of an anti-Zionist fringe nut movement.
