The Jeremy Lin Phenomenon
Unless you totally don’t care about sports or never watch the news, you have heard of Jeremy Lin. The Harvard educated Taiwanese American member of the NY Knicks has created a sensation on Broadway.

Not surprisingly, the basketball crazy nation of China has all but ignored Lin. Since he is from Taiwanese stock, this worldwide phenomenon is a non person in a country that would be embracing him if he weren’t the type of iindividual the state media dislikes. But hopefully the newest “Linsation” in sports will keep his run going.
