I wonder which school you must attend to amass this fountain of intellectual wisdom? I think I lost the equivalent amount of brain cells just reading it that would have gone away with a bottle of Jameson without the pleasure of drinking the Jameson.

But wait, there's more...

***EDIT***

I liberals on other sites mentioning this entry and acting like it’s written by some dumb drunk right winger. A few questions for you.

1. How is it not an assault on women telling them they don’t even have the right to be born? Please tell me! If someone told you, that you didn’t have a right to exist, I’m sure you’d call it assault.

2. How is it not an assault on a girl to tell her she can’t get a voucher to get out of a failing school? Are you telling me it’s good for a girl to be in a failing school?

Liberals please quit saying stupid stuff. It is an assault to tell a girlwoman she can’t be born.

1. Can’t control yourself.

Liberals tell women they can’t control their body. That’s right. You’re not reading this wrong. From their early tween and teen years, liberals assault girls by telling them they have no control over their body.
Instead of telling girlswomen they can control their body and save sex for marriage, they tell them they are basically animals, unable to control their instincts and inclinations. Instead liberals hand out condoms and birth control, demeaning our women, telling them they are brute animals that are helpless against their cravings and desires.

We, meaning the scientifically literate, tell young people, both girls and boys (funny how this poor fellow ignores the male responsibility) that they can choose to have sex or to abstain until they are physically and emotionally mature enough to deal with the consequences. This recognizes that the physical change from adolescence to teenager entails a hormonal variance that lead some young people to engage in potentially dangerous activities.

As a method of reducing potential detrimental consequences, we enable them to choose safe procedures such as birth control and condoms, as well as educating them to those consequences and advising they not choose sex too early. The reality is that pure abstinence programs as promoted by this poor fellow are the worst possible way to reduce teen pregnancies and transmission of STDs. Unfortunately, people like this fellow would rather ignore reality. We scientifically literate also teach young people how to modify their actions in light of the demands of hormonal changes.

We are animals, many of which, including ourselves and immediate relatives, are not purely instinctual as is suggested by the poor fellow. Part of this fellow's problem is his belief there is a difference of kind between humans and other animals.

I-Have-Nothing-Better-To-Do Theater presents: a rebuttal.

This clownshoe is basically listing every cliche right-wing tirade he can think of and repackaging it as a women's issue, even though these subjects are gender neutral. This is a pitifully desperate attempt to divert attention from the fact that the right is waging an all-out war on actual women-specific issues such as contraceptives and access to women's health services. Not to mention the right's heartless refusal to compromise on abortion in cases of rape, incest, and medical emergencies.

Its as if this guy is trying to rationalize that he isn't a misogynist.

"Nevermind our hardline against Planned Parenthood and the health screenings it provides. We're actually helping those girls with these other issues. See? We're on the girls' side. See? See?!"

Which reminds me: wtf is with the made-up word "girlwoman"? Was he unable to choose between the comfort of the good ol' chauvinistic "girls" or waxing diplomatic with the politically correct "women"?

Oh, and if you're reading this CN "admin," your opening argument "Can’t control yourself" is total BS. You equate any young woman who has sex with nymphomania. I would think young lovers are the self-controlled middle ground between a wanton slut orgy and automatons obeying the commands of zealous, sex-hating fundys.

But "middle ground" is an incomprehensibly alien concept to your radicalized worldview, isn't it?

The "\" placed between girl\woman was stripped when published here.

He's using a backslash between "girl" and "woman", which does not show up when transferred here. He should be using a fowardslash, but I don't get the impression that thinking is one of his chief abilities.

17 Slumbering Behemoth Stinks  Sat, Feb 18, 2012 5:25:37pm

This guy is a fooking genius, I tells ya...

Pro-choice Is Hate Speech

Every time someone advocates for the pro-choice movement, they are engaging in hate speech.

The World English Dictionary defines hate speech as

speech disparaging a racial, sexual, or ethnic group or a member of such a group

Pro-choice advocates call for violence against racial groups existing in the womb. Of course pro-choicers will say the baby in the mother’s womb with a heart beat and brain waves isn’t a person because it is dependent on the mother. Well if that’s the case, then welfare recipients and all those depending on charities aren’t people too. I mean they can’t exist on their own can they?

Pro-choice hate speech calls for the most extreme violence against minorities in the womb. It advocates for literal murder.

Such wit. Such intellect. Such command of logic. Why, oh why, did I not see it before?

30 Gus  Sun, Feb 19, 2012 2:41:51pm
31 allegro  Sun, Feb 19, 2012 3:39:28pm

Per Gus's suggestion, my response to the young wizard:

As a liberal woman, please allow me to educate you to realities since you seem quite taken with myths and… weirdness.

1. Can’t control yourself.
I control myself quite well, especially my fertility with effective birth control methods. I control my sexuality by having enjoyable, consensual sex with whom I desire at the time I desire it. I appreciate those liberal adults in my youth who taught me to be wise about my choices, knowledgeable about birth control, and responsible in the way I enjoy both. As an adult woman, I share that knowledge with young women so they, too, will have control in their lives.

2. Can’t protect yourself.
A gun is not the only protection available to a women, nor is it the best. Do you know that most rapes are committed by a man a woman knows, often a friend, date, or family member? Unless a woman is armed 24/7, a gun is not likely to offer protection. Martial arts do which is why as a liberal woman I would like to see every young woman trained in self defense.

3. No right to be born.
This is true. A many as half of all zygotes are spontaneously ejected from the uterus. Those that implant are there by the nurturing and yes, permission, of the women in whose bodies those zygotes draw support – at the expense of the women’s bodies. If a woman does not wish to give birth to a child, she need not offer you or anyone else any reason to terminate that pregnancy. It is none of your business. Children of mothers who chose to continue with their pregnancies know for a fact that they are wanted and loved.

4. Can’t choose your school.
This is just a stupid diversion to argue for taxes paying for your religious schools. You apparently are so fearful of children learning the facts of evolution, environmental stewardship, and thinking for themselves outside of “the bible sez so!” that you use this really bizarre argument as some kind of feminist issue. Ur doing it wrong.

5. Must join a union.
Another stupid, terribly convoluted argument that makes no sense whatsoever. You don’t want to join a union? Don’t. As for women AND men, unions have been and continue to be the reason we have a 40 hour work week, sick leave, maternity leave, healthcare… Oh, and women do spend money on other things than shoes. Your sexism is showing.

6. Destroying the family.
The highest rates of divorce are in red states, the most loudly Christian states. Did you know that? These are also the states with the highest rates of teenage pregnancy because with backwards attitudes like yours young people are not educated on responsible sex and birth control. The most stable marriage and families are among those adults who are college educated, you know, liberal who get married later.

7. Easy access to criminals.
What the hell? Now you’re just off the rails, not that you had a firm seating to begin with.

BTW, yes I am an animal, just like you are. Family: Animal, Class: Mammal, Genus and species: Homo sapiens. If you are not aware of this fact, perhaps some basic education in biology would serve you well.

You are welcome.
