Whats the difference between men's rights activists and the GOP?

Ah, the MRAs. One of the banes of my existence Poor privileged men that don't get everything they want, which generally includes women living only to serve them. Words cannot express the disgust I feel towards the "men's rights" movement.

Having read some of the ridiculously stupid comments on this type of site in the recent past I can say in all good conscience that most of them are simply whiny liars or people simply too arrogant or too stupid to be able to work with the court system.

Scrolling through the comments at any one of these sites for just a few seconds will invariably lead you to post by someone claiming to be forced to pay more than their total monthly income for alimony and/or child support. It is a very, very common complaint that always seems to lead to dozens of bogus "me too" posts.

Many posts claim to come from people on the run from the law and living under false identities to avoid being thrown into jail over their failure to pay support money that they simply didn't have.

The overall tone of anger towards women and their "mercenary ways" is far overshadowed by the anger they show towards law and the court system. Concerning women the attitude seems to generally be one of "I bought that bitch, she belongs to me and still would except for the courts." Most posters spend quite a lot of effort on detailing every dime they ever spent on supporting their wives, their household, buying trinkets, or anything else they feel proves that they spent a "boatload" of money to buy their own personal sex slave (wife).

There is never any mention of romance, of feeling, of heart to heart communication, to do such things would make him less than a man in the eyes of his peers. The man rules, the man pays, the wife is supposed to "give it up" whenever he wants regardless of whether or not he is inattentive, uncaring, unfeeling, unfaithful, abusive, or just a garden variety asshole.

The court system however gains the full brunt of their enmity, they despise it, they loath it, it and it alone has ruined their lives. They blame it for allowing their wives to leave, they blame it for awarding their wives their hard earned possessions, and they blame it for making them pay alimony/child support in excess of their actual income (bullshit!). They claim it to be biased towards their ex's and children to such an extant that they have no legal recourse to fight this unfair and lopsided state of obvious misandry.

In reality however if the amount the judge has ordered you to pay now exceeds your income due to job loss, demotion, having to take a lesser paying job to find work, etc, etc... The impetus is upon you to go to the Clerk of the Court and request/file for a hearing, not ignore it until you fall so far behind in payments that the judge issues a bench warrant to compel your appearance in custody to explain your circumstances.
