I saw this earlier. What a bunch of dipshits. And many of these same guys have the nerve to whine that Obama is the overly partisan one.

Projection at its most blatant.

The real Patriots are going to be the ones trying to vote the Republican do nothings out of office.

Welcome to minority rule, Republican style. Notice Dems never did this. When they'd block legislation it was select and based on principles for what they thought best for America. Dems work with GOP presidents. GOP blocks everything unless it's their agenda. All this patriot, freedom, liberty is nothing but bullshit to the GOP and their minions. This is not what America is supposed to be and it cannot survive this kind of governance.

The GOP disgusts me.

 Frank says:

Interviewer:
The notion of a "guitar solo" has preconceptions based on it; people automatically refute it because it's supposed to be self-indulgent or "for musicians." It's almost like things become iconographic and somehow lose their value for outsiders.

Zappa:
Well, whose fault is that? That's what writers do. Musicians don't do that. The average person doesn't sit around thinking about the "iconographic problems of a guitar solo." -- Interview for Musician magazine, by Matt Resnicoff, November 1991. Reprinted in July 1995 Issue.
